How to place an order?

In order to shop online, kindly follow the steps mentioned below:

1) Select any collection you wish to buy

2) Click on the image of the outfit to open

3) Click on the “Add to bag” button. The outfit is added to your shopping cart.

4) Once all your items are added to cart, click on “Check Out” to fill out the form and finally, click on “Place Order”.

5) Your order is now placed!

6) You need to verify your order by clicking the link shared with you on your mobile number.

I haven’t received a confirmation for my order from YUMNAS.

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or edit an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

Can I order online and collect my order from a store?

No, you will get the delivery on your given address.

What is the difference between Order ID and Tracking ID?

Your Order ID will be used to identify your order and will be a part of the Order Sales Summary email. Another email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched with your Tracking ID which will allow you to check the status of the delivery on the courier’s website.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including visa and master card. We also offer cash-on-delivery service for customers in Karachi.

Note: We do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

What happens if the card is declined?

If the payment has not been successful, the order will be cancelled within 24 hours.

I’m unable to pay through my Debit/Credit Card?

There are multiple reasons for payment failure, this could be due to:

  • Insufficient amount in your bank account.
  • The payment information provided is inaccurate.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No. You can order items without creating an account.

What are the benefits of creating a user account?

You can order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account has the benefits listed below:

Your billing/shipping information will be saved, and the checkout will be faster. You will be able to view your previous order history. An account is required to facilitate returns & order cancelations. Account holders will remain up to date with latest promotions & newsletters.

Where can I view my order history?

Your order history will be available on the Dashboard on your account page for customers who have signed up.

Shipping & Deliveries

What is the standard delivery time?

  • Standard delivery timeline for Karachi is 2 to 3 working days.
  • Standard delivery timeline for rest of Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days.
  • For international orders, standard delivery timeline is 5 to 7 business days

Note: During sale, delivery time may take longer than usual.

What are the delivery charges for local orders?

Flat shipping rate of PKR 100 is applicable on all orders Nationwide.

Purchasing of PKR 5000 delivery free Nationwide.

What are the delivery charges for International orders?

Our international orders are delivered through DHL express and may take up to 5 to 7 working days to be delivered. There are no shipping charges for orders above USD 100. Shipping charges for orders below USD 100 are displayed on the checkout page.

Who will bear the Value Added Tax and custom duties for international orders?

Duties/Customs and VAT charges will be paid by the customers for all international orders.

Who imposes the VAT / Import / Custom duty charges for international orders and how to calculate them?

Customs and VAT charges are not charged by YUMNAS. VAT / import duty / custom charges are charged by the customs department of the consignee’s country. The calculation varies from country to country, depending on weight/size/price of parcel. This amount cannot be guaranteed by YUMNAS.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable and correct shipping address at the time of placing your order

What happens if you can’t deliver to my address?

Sometimes there may be problems delivering to the address which you have provided. If this happens, kindly contact us through our social media platforms (Facebook Chat, Instagram Chat, WhatsApp or Email) so that our team can resolve your issue.

What are the common reasons for delay in delivery?

Extreme weather: The weather conditions of the destined city may be rough, for example, heavy rainfall, smog, landslide etc., which may result in a delivery hold-up.

Law and order conditions: Due to religious procession, lockdowns, strike issues resulting in route blocking, you may receive your package after the promised time.

Covid-19: Due to the implementation of lockdown and reduced work hours in various parts of the world, customers may experience processing and shipping delays.

Return & Exchange

What is the time frame in which an exchange request can be made?

You can make an exchange request within 15 days of the delivery date.

What are the valid reasons to exchange an item?

The product delivered is:

  • Faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect or different from what is shown on the website.
  • An incomplete product (missing parts).The size of a product does not fit. You are not satisfied with the product.

How do I return or exchange the product?

If you would like to exchange a product, you may email us at yumnashakiroffical@gmail.com along with your order number or call us at +923132942605. The customer service team has to be notified within 15 days from the delivery date.

You will be required to share the order details and the reason for exchange along with photographic evidence of the product, our representatives will guide you accordingly

Which articles are not exchangeable?

Cosmetics and sale articles do not qualify for exchange.

What are the conditions for exchange?

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, unworn and unused with the price label, hangtags, care label etc. attached

Can I exchange an article I have purchased online from your outlets?

Yes, products purchased from our web store on full price can also be exchanged from our retail stores within 15 days from the delivery date (Factory Outlets & Fabric Stores not included), you will be required to present a digital or physical receipt of purchase at the time of exchange.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds may be offered in form of a cash with 2 days .

How do I get updates from YUMNAS regarding latest offerings, promotions and sale?

You can get updates regarding different promotions and launches by signing up for the newsletter or via SMS.

What is a voucher code?

A voucher code is a compensatory code issued from our end in lieu of returned items in case of defect and out of stock items.

What are the terms and conditions of the voucher code?

This voucher code can only be availed on our web store and is valid for 1 month after it has been issued to you. Each voucher code is for one time use only.

Where will I get my voucher code?

The voucher code will only be shared on the email address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order for which the exchange request is made.

How do I redeem a voucher/discount code on online purchases?

  • An Enter Voucher Code option will appear at the checkout page right below the order summary.
  • Enter the voucher code and click the arrow icon to apply the voucher code.
  • If the voucher code has been successfully applied, a message will appear stating so. Click on proceed to checkout to confirm the order.

 

What if I place an order that amounts to less than what is issued to me as a voucher code?

When using the voucher code, kindly make sure to utilize the full amount of the voucher in one go as the balance amount won’t be re-generated in form of any new voucher or cash.

What if I place an order that amounts to more than what is issued to me as a voucher code?

If the payment method selected is cash on delivery, you will have to pay the remaining additional amount to the rider at the time of delivery. If the payment method selected is prepaid, you will have to pay the remaining additional amount at the time of checkout in order to have your order confirmed.
